1. Stainless steel (or purple copper tubes) are adopted as heat exchange elements, featuring a high heat transfer coefficient, large heat area per unit length, and high heat transfer capacity.

2. It has a reasonable structure, can maintain a stable oil outlet temperature within a wide range of temperature changes, and has good resistance to sudden temperature changes and vibrations.

3. The assembly structure is reliable to ensure that cooling water does not enter the steam turbine unit.

4. The fins are smooth without burrs or wrinkles, are not prone to dust or scale accumulation, and have low fluid resistance.

When purchasing an oil cooler, it is necessary to inform the cooling area and the dimensions of the oil inlet and outlet ports. The cooling forms are divided into LY type smooth tube type (commonly used) and LYC type finned type. The heat exchange cooling tubes are generally made of stainless steel, but purple copper can also be selected as the heat exchange element according to the user's needs.
